AEW’s ‘Le Champion’ and leader of The Inner Circle stable Chris Jericho recently gave his pick for the best pro wrestler in the world today.

Many people regard Jericho at the Greatest of All Time; with the veteran performer having appeared for many promotions over his tenure, including of course WWE, WCW, New Japan and WAR.

‘In my opinion Kenny Omega is the best wrestler in the world today” Chris Jericho recently tweeted. “Others may feel differently, but I’ve been in the ring w everybody currently working on top & there’s nobody close.”

“That’s why Kenny is AEW Champ,” Jericho continued. “The most protected title in the biz. It’s Impossible to argue.’

Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega of course first collided at Wrestle Kingdom for New Japan Pro Wrestling. At the time this was classed as a dream match, and Jericho making an appearance outside of WWE was completely unexpected.
