AEW star Jungle Boy will be appearing on this week’s episode of Dynamite. Jack Perry will be taking on Jack Evans on Wednesday’s show, following his AEW Championship match loss on Saturday to Kenny Omega.
The match was confirmed on this week’s episode of AEW DARK, with the Jurassic Express stable member added late to tonight’s card against Evans.
The match between Kenny Omega and Jungle Boy ended clean on Saturday, however there were run-ins and chaos involving multiple members of the AEW roster after the bell.
Christian Cage and Jungle Boy appear to be working together on-screen and AEW may look to add to that angle on tonight’s episode of the show. The main event angle with Jungle Boy chasing the AEW Championship appears to be over for the time being, although he may be slot into that position again down the line.

Jack Evans is a member of Matt Hardy‘s stable, and Cage is currently feuding with Hardy, so the impetus is there to have interference in tonight’s contest.

This week’s show is the first to be back on Wednesday in just over a month. The show has had to take later timeslots on Fridays and this past Saturday due to the ongoing NBA playoff games.
