AEW and NWA star Thunder Rosa recently took to Instagram to post a new workout image for her fans and followers ahead of this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. The Mexican-American star posted the image with the caption “Product placement ???????? #silly #tuesdayvibes #booty #thunderrosa #lameramera #sanantonio.”

Thunder Rosa made her debut in AEW on the August 22, 2020 episode of Dynamite, cutting a promo on the then  AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida, and challenging her to a Championship match for the ALL OUT 2020 PPV.

Rosa would then make her in-ring debut for the company on September 2 2020, defeating the current NWA Women’s World Champion Serena Deeb.

The Mexican-American star and Dr Britt Baker D.M.D have the distinction of being the first ever women to headline an AEW card, where Rosa defeated Baker in a Unsanctioned Lights Out match on the March 17, 2021, episode of Dynamite.

Rosa is also a Mixed Martial Artist, having an 0-1 career after signing with Combate Americas in 2019. The former NWA Champion had her first and only pro MMA fight in November 2019, losing by unanimous decision against Nadine Mandiau.

The former NWA Women’s World Champion is expected to be once again challenging for the AEW Women’s title at the ALL OUT PPV event in September against her old rival Dr Britt Baker. This match has not yet been confirmed officially, but is reportedly in the works for the major show later this year.
