Khabib Nurmagomedov recently responded to Tony Ferguson online following more attempts to call out the former UFC Lightweight Champion.

Tony Ferguson has been firing shots at Khabib ever since they were first meant to collide in the cage. Back in January, Ferguson said that Khabib had a ‘padded’ record, denying that many of the 29-0 former Champion’s wins meant anything.

‘Ahhh Khabieber’s (Khabib’s) record’¦” Ferguson wrote on Instagram earlier this year. “Facts: more than half of fatheads professional fights were only two round sanctioned bouts. All before UFC.”

“To be professional fights in most leagues? There must be three sanctioned rounds, to be considered professional’ Ferguson would continue.

‘Fight leagues such [as] UFC & farm league. The three by two round TUF (The Ultimate Fighter) fights should count on my record. If that’s the case’ Ferguson added. ‘Give me three more knockouts & victories on my record.’

Ferguson also send out more verbal jabs earlier week, continuing to call Khabib Nurmagomedov a ‘fathead.’ Khabib was more than happy to respond, reminding Ferguson that he has a fight against Beneil Dariush to prepare for at UFC 262.

‘You have a fight soon, your opponent is very tough and most underestimated in lightweight division, focus on him. I wish you and your family best, even though you look like a sh*t,’ Nurmagomedov tweeted.

I’m not saying that Khabib is 30-0 now….well actually I am.
