Polyana Viana took a dominant win at UFC 258 in her fight against Mallory Martin. Viana took the win in the very first round with a nasty looking armbar submission (check it out via the tweet below).

Polyana Viana was expecting a stand-up fight against Martin but they went to the ground early. Speaking to Joe Rogan following the UFC 258 fight, Polyana Viana said “that’s a technique I do a lot. I transition very well from the triangle to the armbar.”

‘I thought that this fight was going to happen more stand up” Viana continued. “But once she gave me that opportunity? I wasn’t going to lose it.’
