Last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite was main evented by a massive ‘lights out’ match featuring AEW Champion Kenny Omega and KENTA taking on Jon Moxley and Lance Archer.

Following the show, Don Callis, Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers held a ‘press conference’ backstage and discussed a number of topics. Bullet Club members Jay White, Tama Tonga, Bad Luck Fale and others have made disparaging comments towards the ‘American’ version of the Club over the past few weeks and Don Callis addressed these.

“We take all that can be taken, and then we take a little more” Don Callis began. “But I actually feel a little bit bad because look, the bottom line is when these three brothers left the Bullet Club? It left an opportunity for some midcard guys to move up the chain and fly the flag.”

Don Callis would continue to throw sarcastic digs at the New Japan based Bullet Club. “Those guys are good guys” Callis continued. “But you don’t replace Michael Jordan. I think the Bullet Club guys in Japan are great, I’m not familiar with what the names are just yet, but they’re flying the flag.”

Callis finished by saying that he wants to encourage the fans to ‘help’ the struggling faction in Japan. “I would like to put a stop all of these bad feelings. You know, they called us corny? I don’t know how you get over using words like that, but listen, I’d like to encourage all the fans out there, please, buy the merch. Let’s get them back in the Top 40 on Pro Wrestling Tees.”
