The main event of WrestleMania 37 has just concluded. Roman Reigns put his Universal Championship on the line against Daniel Bryan and Edge.

Edge of course won the 2021 Royal Rumble, earning himself a shot at the Champion of his choosing. The Rated R Superstar confirmed a few months ago that he wanted to face Reigns, leading many to expect a one-on-one match.

After Daniel Bryan was ‘screwed’ out of a Championship win at WWE Fastlane, he was added to this WrestleMania main event.

Roman Reigns Wins

Although Edge had assumed somewhat of a ‘tweener’ role in the build-up, he received the loudest ovation out of anyone in the match when he made his entrance. After much speculation, Roman Reigns was emphatically booed by the crowd inside of Raymond James Stadium.

Roman Reigns would take the win after hitting a Spear on Edge and then hitting a Conchairto and dragging Edge on top of Daniel Bryan to pin both at the same time.
