WWE Superstar Aleister Black finally made his return to WWE programming on this week’s episode of SmackDown. The former NXT Champion appeared during the main event and hit a Black Mass on Big E.
The main event of the show saw Apollo Crews defend his Intercontinental Championship against Big E, Sami Zayn, and Kevin Owens. Big E hit the Big Ending on Apollo, seemingly looking like he was going to be the victor. The ‘Royal Guard’ for Apollo Crews Commander Azeez then stopped the three count.
Aleister Black Returns
Aleister Black appeared and ensured that the former Intercontinental Champion would not be regaining his gold after Big E appeared to get the upper hand again.
Black had appeared in a vignette earlier in the night; telling the story of how the former PROGRESS star had made his way to WWE and how he wants to become the ‘man’ his father knew he could be.
