WWE SmackDown Superstar Big E recently spoke to Steven Muehlhausen of DAZN. The winner of the Men’s Money In The Bank ladder match discussed several topics during the interview, including who he plans on cashing in his briefcase against.
“Roman’s the guy in the industry”, Big E began, revealing that he does want to cash in against WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. “And if you want to be remembered, if you want to do something cool, something special, that’s a great way to do it.”Â
“Roman’s on a tear”, Big E added. “This is one of the best runs I can remember. I feel like he’s definitely hitting his stride in a way that he hasn’t before”.

“You can look at the entire scope of the rest of the industry, and you can determine who you think is the number one guy, who you think is the best, who should be at the very top.” Big E continued.
“I think it’s not that difficult to make an argument for Roman Reigns being number one across all brands, across all boards”

“Beating him means that whoever beats him for that title, it’s going to be memorable”, the Money In The Bank holder concluded, “It’s going to mean something, and why not me?”
Roman Reigns is currently scheduled to be facing John Cena at the SummerSlam 2021 PPV event in August. It’s likely that Cena will be losing the match, so Big E may well get the chance to cash in on Roman Reigns in the months after.
