WWE Superstar Kevin Owens seems to be extremely close to leaving the company. The former NXT Champion recently posted and then deleted the coordinates for Mount Rushmore, alluding to his PWG stable with AEW stars Adam Cole and The Young Bucks.

Kevin Owens also had ‘almost there’ as his location on Twitter, with The Young Bucks then changing theirs to ‘already there.’ This has led fans to ask when Kevin Owens is likely to make his way out of WWE.

Fightful Select originally confirmed that Owens’ contract was ending in January 2022, and they have now elaborated further on the story.

“Following up on Fightful’s report that Kevin Owens’ WWE deal is actually up in January as opposed to 2023 as it was originally, Wrestling Observer provided more details in their weekly newsletter. According to the Observer, the actual date of expiration is January 31, 2022, which Fightful Select has since confirmed. This would mean Owens’ deal would expire ahead of one of the pitched dates for the Royal Rumble, which is actually being targeted for early February as of now.”
