WWE NXT Superstar Pete Dunne recently revealed that he wants to have a match with AEW megastar Bryan Danielson.
Former WWE Employee Josiah Williams noted on Twitter that he wanted to see the match, but with Danielson joining All Elite it likely won’t happen.
Pete Dunne replied to the message on social media, saying ‘I sincerely hope it’s a possibility one day.”
Dunne appears to be alluding to the idea that Bryan Danielson will one day make his return to WWE, although at this point it is unknown if he has signed a new deal with the company.
Recent reports indicated that Dunne’s contract with WWE and the NXT brand was coming due, however, it was confirmed that he signed a new deal with the company in the past couple of months.
