WWE Superstar Zelina Vega made her return to the company on this week’s episode of SmackDown. WWE ‘executive’ Sonya Deville revealed that Vega was going to be a surprise participant in the Women’s Money In The Bank ladder match in July.
Vega appeared on WWE Talking Smack following the return, discussing her entry into the Money In The Bank match and who the SmackDown Women’s Champion may be should she decide to cash in on them.
“I think I have some unfinished business with Bianca [Belair]” Vega began, alluding to a feud from RAW back in 2020 that involved Beliar’s husband Montez Ford being ‘poisoned’ on WWE programming.

“If she’s even going to remain champion” Vega added, taking a dig at the EST of WWE. “Although, I’m not really fond of Bayley either. Whoever it’s going to be, that’s who I have my eyes on right now.”
Bayley will be challenging Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at the Money In The Bank PPV, and if the card is structured in such a way, the winner of the Women’s MITB match could cash in on the winner. Should Vega win, she has the choice of RAW, SmackDown or NXT Women’s Champion to cash in on.
Zelina Vega was originally released from WWE back on November 13 2020, following a public dispute regarding WWE and their stance on ‘third party’ platforms such as Twitch.
WWE would eventually release Vega back in November due to her starting an OnlyFans account. OnlyFans is predominantly known as an adult content site, although Vega would release images and videos on the platform that did not have nudity or any sort of pornographic content.
It is not known at this time if WWE are planning on giving Zelina Vega the Money In The Bank briefcase.
