Former WWE and AEW performer Matt Cardona appeared in shock fashion on IMPACT Wrestling’s Hard To Kill event last night. The Major Brother appeared during the show and he faced Ace Austin in an un-advertised match.

The match ended after Madman Fulton interfered. Matt Cardona would then take the win via DQ.

During the event, new member of the IMPACT commentary team Matt Striker would not confirm if Matt Cardona had signed with the company, or if this was just a one-night only appearance.

Matt Cardona Staying With IMPACT?

PWInsider recently reported that Matt Cardona is scheduled to appear at the IMPACT tapings. The tapings for the next few weeks, if not months, of television takes place this week. With IMPACT filming such a hefty run of shows over the next week? Matt Cardona could see himself as part of the roster for a fair while at least.

Cardona tweeted following Hard To Kill to say thanks to IMPACT Executive Scott D’Amore. ‘I needed tonight. Thanks @ScottDAmore for the opportunity. Thanks @IMPACTWRESTLING, thanks to all my fans! I’m #AlwayzReady’¦I’m #HardToKill’¦and I’m NOT DONE with @The_Ace_Austin & @FultonWorld!’
