Former WWE 24/7 Champion Rob Gronkowski won his 4th Super Bowl ring over the weekend as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated The Kansas City Chiefs to win Super Bowl LV.

Also the host of last year’s WrestleMania, Rob Gronkowski joined teammates such as NFL great Tom Brady in lifting the NFL’s most prestigious trophy on Sunday.

Triple H on Rob Gronkowski

WWE’s Triple H took to Twitter to congratulate the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tom Brady/Rob Gronkowski in particular. “Congratulations to @TomBrady and the @Buccaneers on an incredible performance in the #SuperBowl. From the #WWEThunderDome to @RJStadium, enjoy this @WWE custom title. @RobGronkowski will know what to do with it!!!”

‘Gronk’ left WWE last year after hosting WrestleMania 36, to pursue his NFL career further. It was believed that Gronkowski had retired from playing pro football, but the Buccaneers were able to persuade him to come out of retirement. In the end this turned out to be a pretty shrewd move from the former WWE 24/7 Champ, having now won his 4th Super Bowl ring.
